Connect your store to the Twigmo service

Hello Sir

I  am not able to connect the twigmo services.

i am a developer and i am registered user of twigmo after entering the login details i am not able to connect the twigmo serves


my question is that cs cart is registered on my clients name..what should i do..i have to enter which details

twigmo my details or clients twigmo details?

Thank you for the question.


Actually, at the first connection to the Twigmo service you can use any real e-mail address and password. The CS-Cart license and the Twigmo account do not depend on each other. It will also be possible to re-connect the store with other credentials.

I have Two Questions

1) How to re-connect the store with other credentials.

2) When I was Trying to upgrade the twigmo..

i am getting errors:

Thank you for the reply.


Please take the following steps to re-connect the add-on with another e-mail address:


1. In CS-Cart admin panel, go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons.

2. Click on the link of the Twigmo add-on to open its settings page.

3. Add the &disconnect parameter to the end of the link in the address bar of your browser and press the Enter button on your keyboard.

4. The Disconnect whole add-on check box will be displayed. Please select it and click the Disconnect button.

5. Connect the add-on again using the new e-mail address:

As regards the upgrade of the add-on, I suggest you to uninstall the add-on and replace the files of the add-on manually, following the instructions in the article:

It seems that you are using one of the older version of Twigmo add-on. In this case I recommend you to uninstall the add-on and replace the files of the add-on in your installation by the files of the new version. Please follow the instructions in the article:

These Steps..after that i have entered a new mail id and passowd

I am sorry to hear that the issue is not resolved. Please create private ticket in our support system (https://support.twigmo.com/support/tickets/new) and provide us with temporary FTP access to your server, so that our engineers are able to examine the problem in detail and re-install Twigmo add-on manually. Such examination and the add-on re-installation will not affect the normal running of your desktop store.
